Reading and Language Arts Spelling City - A fun way to practice your spelling words.
Super Why - Reading Activities: rhyming words, stories, and context clues.
Starfall - Click on I'm Reading for different types of stories and activities, or choose a seasonal activity.
Harcourt Reading Series Online Activities - Lots of fun and educational activities that go along with the stories students read in class. Choose an activity, then click on Grade 1.
Read, Write, Think: Wordmaker - An interactive rhyming word game. Choose an ending (-op), then find as many words as you can (top, hop, etc.).
Read, Write Think: Picture Match - An interactive game to practice beginning sounds and short vowel sounds.
Clifford's Stories Interactive Storybook - Read stories about Clifford and Emily Elizabeth, and choose different words to go in the sentences. Play fun games, too!
Clifford and Friends - Click on one of the characters and do activities like color, make words, create stories, and more!
Gameaquarium - a variety of language arts games and activities to reinforce English skills
Storyline - Children's picture books read aloud by actors and actresses. Click on a book you want to read, then click Let's Read It!
